Statement
on the annulment of the decision of the Arbitral Tribunal
On November 26, 201, the permanent Arbitration Court "Eurasia-Themis" in Almaty, chaired by a judge ........., at the secretary of the court session .........., with the participation of the plaintiff's representative ........., in A civil case was considered at an open court hearing on the claim of the Bureau for Work with Debtors LLP., to gr. .........., about debt collection. The decision in absentia was made in favor of the LLP "Bureau for work with debtors" on recovery from gr. ..........,., arrears under the bank loan agreement amount in the amount of 1,035,773.82 tenge and expenses related to the state duty in the amount of 5 MCI.
However, at this court hearing, the defendant gr. .........., I did not participate, and I have never received notifications about upcoming court sessions. We learned about this decision from the bailiff's staff. And the court's decision was received on purpose on March 28, 201.. years. Thus, the defendant did not have the opportunity to get acquainted with the subject of the statement of claim, the nature and size of the Plaintiff's claims and collect the necessary materials to protect our interests. Application for annulment of the Arbitration Court's decision
